Welcome back everyone!
After a somewhat long hiatus and renewed interest in the contest, the Tuxedo Wars have been brought back! I'm excited to get everything underway once again! Please hurry everyone and start sending in those profiles!

Welcome to the Tuxedo Wars presented by Starlight and Sakura's Senshi Circle. Now, the first version of this was lost, so I'll try my best to remember what was said.

With otaku senshi being the ultimate form of creativity and fandom for Sailor Moon, so to are the guys that stand by these awesome women warriors. Sometimes they are the rock upon which they stand, a tower of courage and confidence, and sometimes protector and lover.

We must never forget about these brave men who fight along side the senshi - they're just as important! That is why the Tuxedo Wars was created; to showcase the tuxedo's, the princes, the generals, the villans, etc. that add to the Sailor Moon and otaku senshi world alike.

With otaku creations becoming so popular it's only natural that a contest like this and the Sailor Wars would manifest itself. So join in! See if your man has what it takes to make it in the Tuxedo Wars!

How the Contest Works
This contest pretty much works the same way that the Sailor Wars does: Two characters are entered and selected for battle based on their entry date and how developed they are as a character. Each of these battles will last for two weeks. Voters will have the ability to vote on their favourite character based on their profile and their overall appearance (image). Votes will be taken until midnight EST on the second Friday and tabulated. Characters will also receive strategic points based on certain aspects of their profiles which will be awarded by myself. Once everything is calculated then a winner will be anounced, and a new battle will begin on Saturday with a new character taking on the previous winner.

Each character will receive a certificate for every battle that they win. Once three consecutive battles are won by a single character they will make it into the Tuxedo Wars Hall of Fame, where their profile will be showcased forevermore. Once this occurs, the creator will receive a certificate stating that they have won the Tuxedo Wars and will be dropped from the competition, and two new characters will duke it out for a spot in the Hall of Fame.

Characters that lose a battle will be dropped from the queue of competitors, but may re-enter the contest in the future with an updated profile. If you win one or two battles, but are dropped from the contest, those two battles do not count towards your character gaining a spot in the Hall of Fame. You must win three consecutive battles.

Participate!
There are two ways that you can participate in the Tuxedo Wars. One is by voting and two is by entering your character into the contest. Remember, as voters you are extremly important to both the contest itself, but the creators of these characters as well. And competitors, this contest would not exist without your participation.
